Do I actually own the site?

Yes — fully, at final payment. The domain is registered to you, and if you ever leave the care plan I hand over every file and login. No hostage situations, ever.

I already have a domain (or an old site). Can you use it?

Yes. I'll connect your existing domain to the new site and keep anything from the old one worth keeping. Nothing breaks, no downtime.

My job photos are just phone pictures. Is that okay?

Phone photos of real jobs beat stock photos every time — customers can tell. Send me 10–20 and I'll pick, crop, and polish the best ones.

What if I need changes after launch?

On the care plan, text me and it's done within 48 hours — new photos, prices, seasonal services, whatever. Not on the plan? Small edits are billed at a fair hourly rate.

Can it do online booking or payments?

The standard build is everything most local businesses need to win customers. Booking, payments, and ordering are quoted separately as a Phase 2 — happy to talk through it.
